Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Pick up early in the morning at 7:00 AM from your Nairobi hotel or airport and begin your journey to Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley, with views of the extinct volcano Mount Longonot, before continuing towards the reserve.
Arrive in time for lunch and check-in at the lodge or camp. After some relaxation, depart at 4:00 PM for an evening game drive across the vast savannah plains.
During the game drive, you may encounter the Big Five animals including lions, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, and leopards. You will also see herds of wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, impalas, and Maasai giraffes roaming freely in this spectacular wildlife paradise.

Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or Elangata Olerai Tented Camp.

Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Spend a full day exploring the world-famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives.
The reserve is home to abundant wildlife and offers excellent opportunities to see the Big Five along with cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, and many other species.

If visiting between July and October, you may witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Over 1.5 million wildebeests, along with thousands of zebras and gazelles, migrate from Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to Maasai Mara in Kenya in search of greener pastures.

Lake Nakuru National Park Safari

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

Enjoy an early morning game drive in Maasai Mara before breakfast, giving you another chance to see predators and other wildlife during the active morning hours.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch and check-in at your lodge or camp.
In the afternoon, proceed for a game drive around Lake Nakuru, famous for its spectacular birdlife including flamingos and pelicans. You may also spot white and black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, waterbucks, buffaloes, and many other animals.

The surrounding lake forest and acacia woodland attract hundreds of bird species, making it a paradise for bird watchers.

Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Flamingo Hill Camp.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi

After breakfast, check out of the lodge and enjoy a morning game drive in this famous ornithological park.
Later depart for Nairobi, with lunch en route. Arrive in the early evening and drop off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your 4 Days Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru safari.
