Morning: Diani – Funzi Island

Early morning pick-up from your hotel at 07:30 hrs in Diani Beach.
Drive south through scenic coconut plantations and cashew nut farms towards the coastal village near Funzi Island.
Upon arrival, board a motorized boat and begin an exciting cruise through the mangrove-lined waterways of the Ramisi River estuary.
The area is known for its rich birdlife and occasional sightings of crocodiles.

Midday: Sandbank & Village Visit

During the excursion, stop at the beautiful Funzi sandbank, a pristine white sand island in the middle of the ocean.

Here you can:

• Take a stroll on the sandbank
• Swim in the warm Indian Ocean
• Relax and take photos of the stunning scenery
• You may also visit Funzi Village to experience local coastal life and traditional Swahili culture.
• Lunch at Funzi Island

Enjoy a delicious seafood lunch at Funzi Mangrove Resort, served in a traditional Swahili-style house overlooking the ocean.

• Afternoon: Return to Diani

At around 16:00 hrs, board the boat back to the mainland.
Drive back to your hotel in Diani Beach, arriving at approximately 17:00 hrs.
